José A. Niño
After having managed numerous projects on behalf of a prominent San Antonio architecture firm, I now endeavor to manage real estate development projects throughout the state of Texas.
As a project manager at the architecture firm, I managed commercial, industrial, and residential projects across the state. There, I had the pleasure of working with the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, various Texas agencies, and even the Corps of Engineers. Furthermore, I made sincere efforts to preserve the history and character of our region while simultaneously providing architecture with sustainable fundamentals and sound construction practices.
My professional experiences allow me a unique perspective. Having studied and renovated historic buildings in San Antonio, I appreciate their beauty and history. Their value cannot be over-estimated. They provide us with both an existing structure and a historically significant fabric. Yet, one aspect is often overlooked, new material is not needed. Few things could be more sustainable than recycling an existing building.
My career has been a two part challenge. I made great strides in the architectural profession, but now I bring my experiences with me to shape a vision of sustainable developments and successful projects. I'm confident together we can elevate the promising future of our community.
